In Alparslan Buyuk Selcuklu Episode 51, At last, Kutalmis reached the battleground where Alparslan had already taken down Tulpar. Alparslan approached Kutalmis, urging him to surrender, yet Kutalmis refused, determined to claim the throne. Leon was eager for the war to commence, and Qavurt attempted to flee the dungeon with Kutalmis’s sons, only to be pursued by Suleiman’s troops. A soldier informed Leon that Seljuk soldiers were pursuing captives through the forest.
Once Leon heard that Qavurt was among them, he took action and successfully captured these important prisoners. This resulted in a prolonged war. Eventually, Alparslan sought to obtain Kutalmis’ surrender, but due to serious injuries, Kutalmis began to flee towards the forest. Alparslan gave chase and demanded that Kutalmis stop. Meanwhile, another soldier reported that Suleiman was attempting to capture Qavurt, Mansur, and Suleiman Shah. Kutalmis pleaded with Alparslan to rescue his sons before passing away shortly thereafter.
Upon hearing the news, Alparslan made a vow to rescue Kutalmis’s sons and swiftly made his way to the forest. Meanwhile, Leon approached the palace with a proposal to apprehend Alparslan using the captives. Suleiman agreed to this scheme and set a fire in the forest to draw Alparslan out. Observing the smoke, Alparslan dispatched a message with a pigeon to Qavurt for assessment. The vizier acted covertly and informed Alparslan about Suleiman’s deceitful plot. Seferiye also ventured towards the inn’s vicinity to protect Qavurt.
Realizing that Alparslan would not arrive, Leon intercepted Seferiye on her way back to the inn. In an effort to rescue his fellow Turks and his wife, Alparslan devised a plan to dress as prisoners with his men. Meanwhile, Suleiman was indiscriminately killing people within the city. Alparslan successfully entered Surmari and escaped with his fellow prisoners. On his journey, the Vizier encountered Alparslan and officially recognized him as Sultan. Upon arriving at the palace, Alparslan declared himself as the new Sultan in accordance with Tughrul’s wishes.
