Kudus Fateh Selahaddin Eyyubi Introduction
The beginning of Episode 5 starts with the scene where Sultan Noor al-Din captures the traitor, but he stabs Sultan Nasr al-Din in the abdomen. On the other side, Commander Ghabrial surrounds Salah al-Din. He is about to shoot an arrow when Salah al-Din’s comrades arrive. Seeing them, the commander is surprised and realizes that Salah al-Din had prepared for this. Salah al-Din, along with his brave soldiers, defeats the enemy, and the commander, with a few soldiers, retreats after taking Salah’s sister with him.
The viewers understand that Salah al-Din anticipated the commander’s move to use his sister as leverage to free prisoners. Therefore, he instructs his soldiers to be cautious, and his suspicion proves correct. On the other side, Salah al-Din’s uncle, Nasr al-Din, who turns out to be a traitor, stabs Sultan Noor al-Din and escapes with prisoners. The scene changes, and we see Turan Shah arriving at the prison where Sultan Noor al-Din and Master Blackfold are held. However, Turan Shah has already escaped, and he informs Sultan Noor al-Din that he believes Turan Shah is not a traitor but fled to avoid captivity and an attack on Sultan Noor al-Din.
Later, Emir Sher is sent to the rescue of Sultan Noor al-Din, and when he finds him injured, Sher is distressed. Sher blames Salah al-Din for the attack and the escape of the prisoners, putting the responsibility on Turan Shah. Sultan Noor al-Din’s son defends Turan Shah, and the situation changes again. Turan Shah is shown in the jungle searching for the real traitor to prove his innocence. Meanwhile, he encounters the real traitor but is interrupted by the arrival of Zangi soldiers. Despite their attempt to capture him, Turan Shah manages to escape.
The focus shifts to Salah al-Din’s uncle, Nasr al-Din, who, after stabbing Sultan Noor al-Din, is seen running through the jungle in a state of panic. Commander Ghabrial intercepts him and questions why he couldn’t save Princess Victoria and Master. Nasr al-Din reveals that he attacked Sultan due to personal issues and then sends his son with Zangi soldiers to capture Turan Shah. On the other hand, Sultan Noor al-Din’s wife, in a distressed state, informs Nasr al-Din that the Sultan’s survival is critical, and they must be prepared for any situation.
The story unfolds with Sultan Noor al-Din’s critical condition causing chaos in the city. Nasr al-Din’s family faces difficulties due to Salah al-Din’s actions. However, Nasr al-Din’s son and wife defend Turan Shah and emphasize the need for unity in the absence of Sultan Noor al-Din. Meanwhile, Salah al-Din, arriving at his father’s side, witnesses the consequences of the turmoil caused by his actions.
