In Kurulus Osman Episode 69, Rogatus came to know that Gregor had gone back to Osman as he wanted o go there with his own will and he tried to know that why Gregor went there. In the secret burrow, Osman met a man and questioned him about the small piece of wood he had taken from Gregor. That man told Osman that this piece of wood came from the cross on which Jesus was crucified.
Osman returned to his marquee and by using Gregor he tried to unite his people. Anselmo attacked a convoy of Turks who were carrying rugs and the injured Bala. The alps soon brought Bala back to their tribe and Selcan started her cure. Osman said to Goktug to kill Anselmo in vengeance. Goktug set a ensnare in the forest to kill Anselmo. But Anselmo attacked him and Goktug returned to his tribe unsuccessfully.
Kosses offered a bag of gold to Bahadir to kill Gregor secretly. Osman asked Gregor about the importance of that little piece of wood. Gregor replied that this piece of wood is hereditary from his grandfather and also said that Rogatus was always a trustworthy friend. Osman made a plan to show the true face of Rogatus to Gregor, meanwhile, Rogatus fired up the working Turks in the mine and said his friend to end the commercial deals with the Turks.
Gregor followed the plan of Osman step by step and went to the Church to talk to the old man present there. The old man told him that Rogatus will escape soon. Rogatus said that he is going to the forest to meet Gregor and said to Feodor to take care of the caravan. Osman realized that the lords are making viable plans to attack the Turks.
And he decided to attack the caravan which is belonged to the Byzantine empire so that he could recover his loss. Rogatus started asking questions from Gregor and tried to kill him. Osman saved Gregor firstly and then went to Sogut with him. Then Osman attacked the Caravan that was being protected by Feodor and killed him.
