In Great Seljuks Alp Arslan Episode 3, War broke out between the two states when Alp Arslan has killed the governor of Vaspurakan. The soldiers of the byzantine empire were large in number than Turks but the Turks won against the Byzantine soldiers. When Liparit was captured by the soldiers of Turks, General Dukas ordered his army that we should retreat now.
After winning against the Byzantine empire Alparslan immediately returned to the palace with his soldiers. Soldiers were congratulated by the sultan. Akca put a snake in the bedroom of Caghri but killed the snake later to save his life. Karaca saw this whole incident and called the soldiers but no one believed her. Akca then went to the jungle to receive a secret message sent by the Kekaumenos.
Akca was a Christian and a spy who was working for the lords. Later Alparslan came to his tribe and the news of their victory to everyone present there. Diogenes came to the palace so that he could make Liparit retrieve and accept the peace treaty that was offered by the emperor. Alparslan then took Liparit to meet Ani. Lord gave a chest full of gold to Alparslan when he returned Liparit to the lord.
The Lord promised that the soldiers who were captured in Vaspurakan will be released shortly. Akca prepared a medicine for Caghri and healed his wounds. The General said that he wanted Diogenes as the governor of Vaspurakan but the lords refused and gave this job to Yannis. Diogenes went to the room of Yannis that night and gave some advice to kill the Turks. Yannis went to the nearby room and sent a message to the friend of his father in the east to kill the Turks.
Alparslan went to the place where the meeting is going to be held in the forest, the next day. When Akca returned to his tent from the meeting he saw his lost necklace in his room that was lost in the forest. After a little time, Hassan arrived there and Akca started remembering her childhood. Akca was a Turk and was kidnapped by the Lords years ago. She is now searching for her father. Alparslan keeps going to the forest. And he came to know that all the Turks were killed.
