Dirilis Ertugrul Season 5 Overview
In Dirilis Ertugrul Season 5,Ertugrul Bey and Kayi tribe settled in Sogut. In the intervening decade, the Seljuk State lost the war against the Mongols, and the Mongols retain control of Anatolia. Ertugrul Bey enriched the people of Sogut and this situation disturbed the Mongols. The Mongols commission another tribe to collect taxes. Christian soldiers who do not like Ertugrul Bey establish a secret organization and work to kill Ertugrul.
In Dirilis Ertugrul Season 5, Osman fights to save Teokles and his daughters and gets injured. Ilbilge Hatun takes him and brings him back to the plain. Ertugrul Bey learns that Dragos is behind all the events and orders him to be found. Hulagu Khan doubles the taxes. Ertugrul goes to Konya to solve this problem. White Beards accepts Ertugrul Bey and give him an important task. Ilbilge Hatun’s true identity is revealed and it is understood that she came to collect taxes. Dragos disguises as a ringer and gives an order to kill Teokles. There is a great tension between the Kayis and the Umuroguls. When Beybolat learns about this event, he comes to Kayi plain with all his nerves. Hulagu Khan wants to have Sultan Kaykaus executed. Commander Alincak wants to find Kaykaus and gain Khan’s appreciation. But Ertugrul Bey acts faster than anyone else and kidnaps the Sultan. Thanks to Mergen, Berke Khan appears to be responsible for this incident. Ertugrul Bey comes to the plain and it turns out that Selcan Hatun was defending herself.

While Suleyman carries out a pardon decision about his father Gundogdu, Beybolat’s men catch him and take him to a cave. Beybolat tortures Suleyman and kills him. Ertugrul learns that Albasti killed his nephew Suleyman.
In Dirilis Ertugrul Season 5, Commander Alincak captures Mergen and tortures him to talk. Ertugrul Bey offered to cooperate with Uranos saying that he would protect the castle. In this way, he finds the Alincak and Albasti’s location and saves Mergen. Dragos follows Beybolat and tells him his true identity. Beybolat believes in him and forms an alliance. Selcan and Hafsa fight. This affects Bamsi Alp. Ertugrul Bey sets a trap to capture Alincak and captures him. Hafsa Hatun says that she wants to emigrate and this makes Bamsi even sadder.
